Product Maintenance
Our products are crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver and 18K gold. Each piece is unique, hand-formed, and intricately carved with delicate textures.
To ensure your jewelry lasts longer, please read and follow these maintenance guidelines before wearing it:
- Regular Cleaning: Sterling silver can oxidize and discolor over time. To maintain its shine, gently clean your jewelry with a special silver cleaner or a soft cloth on a regular basis.
- Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from chemicals like hand sanitizer and perfume to prevent discoloration or corrosion.
- Store with Care: Sterling silver is a soft metal, so store your jewelry in the packaging box to protect it from scratches and damage.
- Keep It Clean: Soak your gold jewelry in mild dish soap and warm water for a few minutes. Gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush, rinse with clean water, and dry with a soft cloth. This helps remove sweat stains and fingerprints, keeping your jewelry bright.
- Store Carefully: While gold is relatively hard, it’s important to store it properly to prevent deformation or damage from collisions with other items.
- Avoid High Temperatures: Keep your gold jewelry away from fire, hot water, and other high-temperature environments to prevent deformation.
About Print 🐾
Suggested Printing Locations:
- For Pets: Nose lines, paws, fur patterns, or any unique surface texture.
- For Humans: Fingerprints, palm prints, knuckle prints, elbows, etc.
- Design Your Jewelry
Begin by customizing your unique piece, and place your order with us. - Stamp Your Print and Return the Kit
After 3 days, you'll receive our Knock Knock kit. Follow the simple instructions to stamp your print, and return the stamping mold before the expiration date. - Jewelry Creation & Delivery
Once we receive your kit, we’ll lovingly craft your custom jewelry within 12-15 working days. Soon after, you'll receive your beautifully packaged piece, ready to wear as a lasting, heartwarming keepsake.
If you want to make changes to your chosen design, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 7010 2556) before sending back the stamping mold. We’ll help with upgrades and adjust the cost accordingly.
Order Details
Kit set will be shipped within 3 working days after your order is placed. Please ensure you complete and return your stamping mold before the expiration date upon receipt.
Once we receive the kit set, we will start customizing your unique jewelry. Each piece is handmade and produced and it require 12-15 working days to create.

Orders are shipped via SF Express and typically arrive within 1-2 working days.

For international orders:
Shipping time varies by country and shipping status. All international orders are sent via EMS International Express.

For Hong Kong & Macau orders:
Enjoy free shipping (over HKD$1000 order) to local residential and commercial addresses in Hong Kong and Macau.
For international orders:
The international order will be sent by EMS International Express and shipping fees are as follows:
Mainland China, Taiwan: HKD$200
Other countries: HKD$250
Please note that customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you encounter issues with your item, such as loose buckles or broken chains, please email us at info@knockknockhm.com to request repair services.
Repairs aim to restore functionality but may not return the item to its original condition. Each item will be assessed, and repair fees will apply, starting from HKD 500. For special products, additional assessment and quotation may be needed.
Repairs typically take about four weeks, but we’ll notify you if completed sooner. All return shipping costs for repaired items are the customer's responsibility.
